Nu:v originating from New Wave, Nouvelle Vague, New School, aims to create a new movement through hair in various cultural scenes in Tokyo. Whilst guiding our customers and staff to expand their potential and possibilities, we strive to provide a space of comfort and a style of novelty & original.
